How do you customize an NFC business card?
NFC business card customization happens on two levels: the physical card design (colors, logo, name engraving — done at order time) and the digital profile (content, links, layout, form — editable anytime). Profile customization is ongoing; card design is set at manufacturing.
Customizing the physical card
Most NFC card providers let you configure the card's visual design when ordering: your name and title printed on the card, company logo, custom colors or design, and finish (matte, glossy, metal brushed). Upload your logo and choose colors that match your brand. Physical customization can't be changed after printing — get it right before ordering.
Customizing the digital profile
Your profile is fully editable anytime through the platform dashboard. Change your headshot, bio, contact info, link order, lead form questions, and visible sections. Some platforms let you customize profile colors and fonts to match your brand. Others use a fixed template. Profile changes are immediate — no approval process, no reprinting.
Advanced customization options
On premium plans: custom profile domain (profile.yourname.com), white-label branding (remove the platform's name from your profile), advanced analytics, multiple profile variants, and custom HTML/CSS in some cases. Basic plans typically provide a clean, professional profile with standard branding.
Can I change my NFC card design after ordering?
The physical card design is fixed at manufacturing. You can change everything on the digital profile. To get a new physical design, you'd need to order a new card.
Can I remove the NFC platform's branding from my profile?
On some platforms, white-label branding (removing 'Powered by [Platform]') is a premium feature. Check your plan tier.
Can I add a custom domain to my NFC card profile?
Some platforms support custom domains (yourname.com/card) on higher-tier plans. This is useful for strong personal brands where the platform domain would dilute your branding.
